We are travelling too but in a Motorhome…life on the road with free camping is the best

Great article! As a currently overweight woman (and formally morbidly overweight woman), I think the best thing that I did was find a “diet” plan that didn’t force me to eat or not eat anything, but rather made me aware of what I was eating an in what quantities. From there it is a short step to the normal eating you mention in your article.

Hi Ladies!
I got one for you too… It is a little different spin as we are styling up in our heals and pedaling to a Movie for a cause, Raising Money for the Young Women’s Resource Center (against domestic violence). We are going to put some ladies on bikes that can’t afford them (or gas for that matter!)

The fabric of the yellowman jerseys is fabulous in the hot humid summers of south florida. Long sleeves are great sun protection and the designs are definitely eye catching enough for even the most inattentive drivers out there. lol
