Bold Prints for Biking from YMX

YMX is making an impact with its exotic designs, and bright modern patterns inspired by Asian and Maori body art. The colorful and bold designs have a unique look that makes this clothing stand out. Designer Peter Mui has been creating the look of wearable tattoo art for his Yellowman collection for many years and has started the YMX line for athletic wear—including jerseys for cycling!
YMX’s beautiful brightly colored Japanese and Maori prints are fun to wear and the super-silky technical fabric (MadKool) not only wicks away sweat, it also dries quickly. It is breathable and the long-sleeve jersey is great for a mild, fall day. The fabric has an amazing super-silky light feel that is so comfortable. It also makes a good base layer for lower temperatures. When the sun shines, it’s nice to know that the fabric of the cycling clothing has UV protection to protect your skin from direct sun exposure. 
Often we cyclists are used to taking the same care with our athletic clothing as we do with our delicate sweaters. They all seem to require the delicate cycle in the washing machine and line drying. I love that the fabric of the YMX is less delicate than it feels. As for the care instructions, it’s nothing very complicated: machine wash warm and tumble dry low. Another bonus: the prints won’t fade with washing and it won’t lose its shape.
Steph (above) is wearing YMX’s Bio-Garden Long-sleeve Cycling jersey. Its “biomechanical” fit means it fits best when the wearer is in riding position. (It’s hard to see, but it has 3 pockets on the back.)
