		<description>Well, as your sister and one who always loved independence as a child, I&#039;ve tried to do the same with my kids but with a bit more oversight than our mother.  I always need to know where they are going and when they will be back.  As long as I am &quot;in the know&quot; and approve of where they are going, it&#039;s great for them.</description>
